This policy explains what information Firm Seven Design (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit firmseven.com or contact us, and how we use it. We never sell your personal information.
What you send us
If you email us at hello@firmseven.com or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and project details. We use it only to respond to you, prepare proposals, and deliver work you hire us for.
What is collected automatically
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no third-party font service sees your visit.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies
We do not set cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from malicious traffic; it is not used to track you.
Who receives your information
- Zoho Mail, which hosts our email, stores messages you send us.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, as described above.
We may also share information when required by law. Links to Behance and LinkedIn take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and business record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@firmseven.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track
Because this site does not track visitors across websites, it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change what we collect, for example by adding a contact form or website analytics, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
